Tessa’s Wine Tour

Tessa Fairclough (Grounds last time we wrote about her) has now completed her trip to France as part of the Nick Tarayan Bursary. As reported previously, Tessa won this fantastic opportunity to visit some of the leading Burgundy and Champagne producers earlier in the year with a witty essay on her passion for wine. The 4 day trip in April took them from Beaune to Epernay with visits to Chateau du Puligny, Louis Latour and Mumm amongst others and included talks on viticulture and viniculture, tours around ancient cellars, delicious food and, of course, plenty of wine tastings.
