St Patrick’s Day gave us just the excuse we needed to slosh Guinness into food and dye things green. Chocolate and Guinness mousse, green lemonade and perkily decorated cupcakes were just some of the ideas rolled out across our sites to celebrate one of the world’s most famous saints. The fact that Mr Harbour himself is named after Ireland’s ridder of snakes added an extra touch of zeal to the proceedings as we sang and jigged our way through Tuesday. Slainte.
