H&J Signs New Ops Director

We are delighted to announce that we have a new team member, Matthew Sherwood, who has joined us as Operations Director reporting into Patrick and Nathan. Matthew comes to us from Roux Fine Dining where he spent 8 years working his way from Chef to Operations Manager when he was responsible for 15 clients in the City and West End.
Matt will initially be responsible for 8 clients and will be their day to day contact, visiting each site on a weekly basis and ensuring that standards are maintained. He strongly believes in Patrick and Nathan’s vision for the company and its values and is keen to help the business grow and flourish. Matt will also be responsible for staff development and succession planning in the business, recognising training needs and helping team members to progress.
We warmly welcome Matt into the H&J family.
