H&J Scores Top New Recruits

We have recently secured two fantastic additions to our client support team: Mark Parfait and Francine Solley. Mark, who has joined as Food Development Director, is well known in the industry as a talented chef and committed foodie. He will be responsible for managing all our chefs and working with them to refine and develop the skills that they need to run busy kitchens. A recent winner of the gold award at Hotelympia’s prestigious Parade de Chefs, Mark comes to Harbour & Jones brimming with exciting ideas to keep all members of the kitchen teams enthused, up-to-date and passionate about fresh food and good cooking.
Francine Solley has joined us from Bibendum Wine Company where she was part of the buying team in charge of France and South Africa including the Grand Marque champagnes. Before Bibendum Francine worked for The Really Useful Theatre Company as a recruiter. She is now responsible for developing and managing our growing client support team. Fran will also be working alongside our HR consultant Sian Hughes to run our day to day recruitment and HR needs.
