We have a fantastic position for an experienced and passionate couple for a fully refurbished pub/ restaurant in the Bishops Stortford area located within the grounds of a popular visitor attraction.
There is a 45 cover restaurant with additional functions/ weddings in a separate barn that seats 100 plus
One will need to be a chef with pub/ fine dining experience and the other an experienced pub/ restaurant manager both with event catering experience
The role would suit a passionate and highly skilled couple who have excellent communication and organisational skills and good attention to detail.
The position comes with a 2 bedroom flat above the restaurant and there is an excellent package on offer for the right couple so please get in touch for more information.
The position will be available to start August/ September 2010
