Deputy General Manager

We are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager with HND or equivalent, capable of running a restaurant & café operation plus occasional events in one of our prestigious sites, St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Duties will include, working closely with and reporting to the General Manager and deputising in their absence. You will be responsible for the service standards across both areas, staff training, daily cash up & reconciliation and weekly stock takes & ordering

To be considered for this role you will need to have drive and ambition and have an operational background and good financial awareness. This is an extremely busy role and requires effective people management skills. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.

Good written & spoken English and previous experience in commercial site essential.

This role will require you to work 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 and two weekends a month.
