Head Chef
Head Chef £35,000 per annum
We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a dynamic site located in the West End. You will be required to take overall responsibility for food production in our busy staff restaurant, fine dining and hospitality department. This is a smart polished operation so a modern approach to food is paramount. We need someone who can think creatively and will enjoy developing new initiatives to delight our customers and motivate our teams.
A strong commercial awareness together with excellent costing and budgeting skills is also important. Previous experience of managing a large scale operation is essential together with strong communication and staff development skills. We’re looking for an inspired chef who is a good motivator and capable of organising the activities of the kitchen, excelling in fresh and delicious food for the restaurant and hospitality food and dining. Excellent craft skills and the ability to demonstrate flair and innovation in menus and presentation are what will make us happy.
